The Seahawk is a state–of–the–art 29 ft semi–enclosed bass boat built in 1980 on Cuttyhunk by Cuttyhunk Marine. Ironically, it was built by Don Lynch, Duane's Dad. It was a custom built boat for a couple in Connecticut. When the couple retired in 1995, they listed the boat for sale, Duane found it, bought it, and brought it home. The Seahawk is fully equipped with the latest GPS, radar, color fish finder, depth sounder and EPERB. The engine is a 3126 Cat diesel, and can cruise 20 knotts comfortably through various sea conditions. The Seahawk was built and is maintained to efficiently and precisely track down and land the best fishing in and around Cuttyhunk, Buzzards Bay, Vineyard Sound, and Nantucket Sound.
